How do you solve this?

I think you should:

  1. Refresh the build.
  2. give it some time to realize you have a layout named “x”
  3. Exit the app and re-enter
  4. make sure you got the R.layout.x correctly
    Sometimes AIDE needs some time to recognize your changes/additions, stay patient

looks like a sketchware project, how did you solve it? I have been having the same problem for months!

I solved this problem by deleting the bin folder

Be sure you are importing the correct R.
