Have you tried using (Minuum) minimum keyboard app?
It takes a bit of getting used too.
I have been using it for 3 months and it transforms coding on your tablet because you can actually see most of the screen.

weird name/weird keyboard, is pretty cool though i could never get use to it.
I like/use hackers keyboard, you can resize it just by swiping left or right on it. left = bigger, right = smaller
OK, I dl’d Minuum, it’s interesting but in a bit suspicious of this topic now, Minuum is only free for 30 days then they want $$… Is this just an ad in disguise?
No this is not an ad.
In landscape it only covers 1/4 of the screen.
I could not use AIDE without it. Well worth the price
Give it a serious try. It does take some getting use to
