No way. I had the same issue. After a dialogue with support I refunded purchase and downloaded cracked version.

just clear cache and data of the Google Play Store app and restart AIDE in Expert Mode.

Are you using the same Google account by default in google play store? If you got two or more accounts in your device this problem is common.

Can I complaint for refund because really bullshit with developers.

This is a known Google (!) issue, normally occurs after resetting your device or setting up a new device. Nothing the devs can do, when Google does not recognize your purchase afterward, but in nearly all cases clearing cache and data helps here! Please go forward and contact support@appfour.com if this does NOT work.
