There was error when I compress it and rename with .apk

You cant just compress it and rename the file extension to apk. Thats not an apk its just whatever you compressed it as but with a name of whatever_you_named_it.apk.
Press the overflow (3 dots in top right corner) -> more -> project -> Build Variant. Change this to “release”
Press the overflow (3 dots in top right corner) -> more -> project -> publish project. Create a key store file and dont lose it, you need it for any future updates. then press export.
