Can anyone tall me how to solve this problem

Im new and im trying to add ads in my app but everytime i run i see targetApi error. Some how i manage to solve it by 11.8.0 but after that i got no error but when i run it i see this it naver stop i waited for i night but no. Please help me

Have you try to compile app with higher version of android.jar?
Download this file at:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-29_r03.zip
Then open AIDE and you have 2 ways to switch:

  1. open the AIDE app -> Setting -> Build & Run -> SDK ->(type full path. Ex: /storage/emulated/0/android-10/android.jar )
  2. Browsing the file -> Hold the file -> select “Set as android.jar”

Finally, Kill AIDE, restart the app and run.
