Topic says it. The build completes, but when I try to install, I get a screen saying “App not installed”.
No indication of why. Permissions to install unknown apps is set for AIDE. What am I missing?

Version of app was fine. Something I did in settings, I don’t know what, now suddenly asks whether to bypass playprotect, which I had never heard of, and now it installs. However it immediately crashes on startup. I need to figure out how to set up the debug features to try to figure out why.

Maybe you are using your custom keystore file. Try to use aide default keystore file ie, uncheck the use custom keystore file option and then install . May be It will fine @TomcatAT
Yes I was. I’m new at this and didn’t realize that my own keystore would keep me from installing in my own phone.
I’ll change the settings and try again.
Also you can chose the option ‘install anyway’ to install app with custom keystore file. And the app crashes because of error between MainActivity and main.xml
